SUCCESS STORIES

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

One patient at a time.

EVA JOYCE SMITH

Eva Smith came to Etowah Health Care Center with weakness and a fear of falling. Eva is graduating therapy services soon and is now ambulating with a rollator 750 ft and ascending stairs with railings.

We are so proud to be a part of your rehab journey. Keep up the great work Eva!

Our staff at Etowah HealthCare Center take pride in the care we provide to our residents. We desire to provide a quality service in a loving environment.

JEANNA WALLACE

Our staff at Etowah HealthCare Center take pride in the quality of care and services we provide to our residents. We are very pleased to share the rehabilitation success story of our short-term resident, Jeanna Wallace. Mrs. Wallace was referred to our rehabilitation department to improve her functional abilities. When Mrs. Wallace began therapy services, she required assistance with transitional movements and functional mobility. In just a few short weeks, Jeanna is ambulating & performing activities of daily living independently. Mrs. Wallace will discharge home and resume independent living.

We are so proud to be a part of your rehab journey. Keep up the great work Mrs. Wallace!
